The main and only purpose of our team is to satisfy our clients and we do everything to make our clients stay exciting and relaxing. Our own reward is partly by the reflection of gratitude of our clients, which we are fortunate to experience every day. This positive feedback from our satisfied client is encouraging us to increase our efforts to please our guests. The Hotel management does everything to enhance this positive feedback from guest to our team and vice versa.

And this makes our job rewarding – we also enjoy the nice place to work, we also enjoy the satisfaction of our client and by this positive feed back, work has become more than a daily necessity just to earn the living. We thank our guests for the positive feed-back, and we do take their suggestion for improvements very seriously, because we know, that we are still very far away from being perfect.

We do send our staff for constant training courses. The English course is open for every employee, and every opportunity given by the governmental or private resources to give further training to our personal is considered.

Management quality system ISO 9000

We have installed a management quality system and are certified by Qualitur, a governmental organisation providing certification for Hotels like our Beach Hotel Praia do Forte. Our Quality management system, implemented under surveillance of Qualitur, is based on ISO 9000 quality management principles, with some adoptions for the local Hotel Industry. We are proud to say that our Beach Hotel Praia do Forte Bahia is one of the few Hotels in Bahia having reached this high certification level to show our commitment to quality.

Pousada-Praia do Forte committed to environment

We are also committed to environmental issue like local fresh food supply, using less industrials food supply options. In fact we are proud to say that our meals are always prepared fresh, using fresh ingredients. And we have installed solar collectors and a heat pump to heat our hot water. Probable, we may be the only pioneer in Bahia working with this clean energy of a heat pump for hot water supply. With one kWh of electricity, we pull another 7 to 8 kWh from the ambient air to deliver some 8 kWh of energy to the hot water heater.

Vanira is chief of the reception and together with Alexandra, Janania and Daniele will help you with any information or other needs while you enjoy your stay here with us in our beach Hotel in Praia do Forte. 
Lena is your Maitre de Service, and together with a team of 5 waiters she is responsible that you are served perfectly, both in the restaurant and or on the beach, or even in your room, if you wish to dine in privacy.

Noelia is our Chef de Cuisine, and she can rely on a team of three more cooks.

Eunice and Gremilda and her three colleagues are your room maids and will be responsible that after a day of excitement on the beach or excursion you will find your room cleaned, the king size bed freshly covered and the bathroom cleaned. 

And we have our gardener, which has a deficiency and he hardly can hear, called Givaldo.
